Arthritis is a Greek term for joint inflammation. It is a culmination of conditions that pertain to damage of the joints and there are over 100 different forms of this disease. 1. Your first thought maybe that you would have to eat the Cayenne Peppers but that isn’t how this remedy works. For the first remedy, you simply take 1 table-spoon of cayenne and mix it with one cup of water and one cup of vinegar, mixing it thoroughly. You then take the mixture and apply it to the affected area using a sponge or wash cloth. How simple is that?

2. The second method is just as easy. Take one table-spoon of cayenne and mix it with 1 to 3 table spoons of wintergreen oil and make it into a paste. Then take your fingers and rub the paste into the affected joint and surrounding areas.

3. Another method, similar to the first is to mix 1 table-spoon of cayenne with one cup of water and one cup of apple cider vinegar. Either heat this in a pot or in your microwave until it comes to a boil. Apply the mixture to your affected joint three to four times a day.

Warning: When using these remedies be sure to avoid getting any cayenne pepper in your eyes. Be sure to wash your hand’s thoroughly after handling it.
